Origami

Origami

She found me

my soul twisted into

gordian knots

neither of us

knowing

Stroking gently

teasing each strand

with the soft fingers of

a deft hand

Unfolding

slowly absorbing

every moment

she exposed me

fear welling up inside

I begged her

to take this prize

again she

touched me

Tracing my scars

singing softly

she folded me

into her body

now we are

a beautiful

Origami
